Legal & Privacy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by White Label, an independent creative collective based in Ireland. White Label publishes the novel Shredded Time by Cameron Strange, produces the Jazz Soufflé / GoCom(pletely) Soufflé radio archive, and undertakes creative work including writing, radio production, and consultancy.
For all privacy and legal enquiries, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to send. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is processed by FormBackend (our form handling service) and forwarded to us by email. We do not store it beyond what is necessary for correspondence.
Mailing list sign-up
If you choose to sign up for updates, we collect your name and email address. This is used to send occasional newsletters and notifications of new content. See Section 6 for full details.
Payment processing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, Stripe collects the necessary financial information directly. We do not store card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data — see stripe.com/gb/privacy.
What we do not collect
We do not use analytics software. We do not track your behaviour on this site. We do not use advertising networks. We do not sell, share, or rent personal data to any third party.
3. Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any equivalent service.
Google Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. According to Google's own documentation, Google Fonts does not set cookies when fonts are loaded via the standard CSS method used here. Google's servers do log the IP address of the request as part of normal server operation — this is standard practice for any web server and is outside our control. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
Cloudflare
Our media files (audio and images) are served via Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare may set a brief security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. This is a functional cookie, not a tracking cookie. It expires within 30 minutes.
FormBackend
When you submit the contact form, your browser communicates with FormBackend's servers. FormBackend may set a session cookie during form submission for security purposes. This cookie is not used for tracking and does not persist beyond the session.
Stripe
When payment functionality is active, Stripe will set cookies necessary to process payments securely. These are functional cookies, not advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's cookie policy applies: stripe.com/gb/cookie-settings.
In summary: this site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The only cookies that may be set are functional — brief, security-related, and set by third-party services in the course of their operation.
4. Third-party services
This site links to and uses the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you interact with them:

- FormBackend — contact form processing — formbackend.com/privacy
- Stripe — payment processing — stripe.com/gb/privacy

When you follow external links from this site, you leave our environment entirely. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of external websites.
5. Your rights under GDPR
If you are based in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the following rights in relation to any personal data we hold about you:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.
6. Mailing list
Consent
We only add you to our mailing list if you have actively signed up for it. We do not add people to the list without their consent, and we do not purchase or import email lists.
What we send
Subscribers receive occasional newsletters and notifications when new content is published on the site. We do not send daily emails. We do not send promotional emails on behalf of third parties. The list exists to keep interested people inside the world of the work — nothing more.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your request immediately.
Data retention
We retain your email address on the mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We do not retain email addresses for longer than necessary.
